Out-of-School Time Programming

AT COMMUNITY, LEARNING, & ENRICHMENT OPPORTUNITIES (CLEO) WE SUPPORT THE GROWTH OF THE WHOLE STUDENT THROUGH ACTIVE SOCIAL AND LEARNING OPPORTUNITIES WHICH ARE COLLABORATIVE, EXPERIENTIAL, ENRICHING, RELEVANT, PLAYFUL, AND AUTHENTIC.

 

After School Program: 
Available for Grades 1-8
Mondays-Thursdays from school dismissal – 5:00pm
After School CLEO does not run on half-days, holidays, PD days, or vacations.

CLEO Out-of-School Time Programming is free to all families. Enrollment decisions are weighed using an intersectionality score based on the needs of each family. We do our very best to avoid a wait list but students might not be able to attend every day they sign up for. Please reach out if you would like more details pertaining to this process.

Winter Session Registration will be posted on November 11th 2026

PM Sessions Schedule:

  • Fall: September 14th – November 19th
  • Winter: November 30th – March 4th
  • Break: March 8th – 12th 
  • Spring: March 15th – June 3rd

Early Morning Drop Off: 
Available for grades K-4 
Monday – Friday from 8:00am– 8:20am – Back parking lot next to the playground at MBE
If you would like to request Early Morning Drop Off please email molly.murray@bhrsd.org to inquire.
This is not a drop-in program. You must have confirmation of enrollment to drop your child off early.
