CLEO Information

Fall 2026 updates:

• CLEO After school programming will start on Monday September 14^th – please see enrollent forms below
• This fall will be a 10 week session ending on November 19th
• CLEO Before school early morning drop off with begin on the first day of school Monday August 31^st
• If you were signed up for early morning drop off in the spring your enrollment will carry over into this school year 2026/2027
• If you would like to sign up for early morning drop off please see the section below
• If you woud like to cancel your enrollment for early morning drop off please email molly.murray@bhrsd.org

After School Program: 
Available for Grades 1-8
Mondays-Thursdays from school dismissal – 5:00pm
After School CLEO does not run on half-days, holidays, PD days, or vacations.

CLEO Out-of-School Time Programming is free to all families. Enrollment decisions are weighed using an intersectionality score based on the needs of each family. We do our very best to avoid a wait list but students might not be able to attend every day they sign up for. Please reach out if you would like more details pertaining to this process.

Early Morning Drop Off: 
Available for grades K-4 
Monday – Friday from 8:00am– 8:20am – Back parking lot next to the playground at MBE
If you would like to request Early Morning Drop Off please fill out the form below. You will get a notification within 2 business days on the status of your enrollment.
This is not a drop-in program. You must have confirmation of enrollment to drop your child off early.
